help for haiti

i just came from haiti last week. The country is very dirty.Too many young children on the streets of haiti begging for money.The country needs help no tourist can visit haiti it's a shame we are in 2009 the people of haiti still live the way they do.This citizens voted for change up to now there isn't none.what are you planning to do for them and also give haiti a different look. I feel shame sometimes to tell anyone I am from haiti.
