Starting 05-08-2011 at 22:22 hour U.T.C.,the XXX and ZZZ Agencies are locked in and are monitoring Guy Phillippe abscissa coordinates.

His whereabouts are transmitted to some agencies in Florida, Santo Domingo, Virginia and Washington DC.We don't know if his friends will pick him up at the coffee shop or near the river.
