Tiba, obviously we have fundamental differences on the role of government.

I don't believe in government like you do and I do not expect from government everything you seem to expect from them. In any case, I am already cleaning my fair share of Haiti.

Where I come from every one clean their part of the street and refrain from throwing garbage on the street to begin with and I am not from PaP.
My mission is to galvanize the Haitian people to show responsibility and determination; responsibility not to throw garbage anywhere and everywhere and determination to want to have a clean environment to begin with.
You seem to believe it starts with the government; I believe just the opposotite: it starts with the Haitian people's determination
Just like President Obama stated in this inaugural speech "For as much as government can do and must do, it is ultimately the faith and determination of the American people upon which this nation relies."
Keep waiting for the Haitian government all you want or you can join Wyclef in giving a hand.
