omg you are so stupid, Latino is just a term for being mixed, it's being mixed with both white and black and other nationalities.

Dominican republic and Haiti use to be one island meaning they are the same whether they decide to chose black or latino.

the separation happened because some people did not want to be classified as African americans but as Hispanic.

But Dominicans and Haitian people come from the same place.

Some are mixed and some are not. But they all have blacks in their family.

So if a light skin Dominican wants to be called a latino why can't a light skin Haitian be called a latino, when you can obviously see they are both mixed.
