sir how is haiti a latin country

There in caribbeans, but are consider latinos for a few reason.
There mixed with native indians and spaniards, They speak spanish and they look like most people in south america.
I mean haiti doesn't resemble any of this.

you can't go by why wikipedia says. anyone can edit that site and at times is not very accurate. all my haitians friends don't consider themselves latino nor they want to be latino. plus haiti now from haiti back them were two different countries. h > >
