I just came back from Port-au-Prince and I would like to know when a massive
program is going to be undertaken to clean up the city. It seem very unhealhty.

The ministers of Health and Public Works need to come up with a solution.

If there is no funds in the budget, then what's the function of those ministers.They are getting paid.
