Woodring

This is what I have been trying really to explain to the bloggers and to everyone else who is listening.

I mentioned in my previuos posts that there will be more buildings collapsing in Haiti due to nonexisting construction code, code enforcement, crappy building structural, and nonexisting of housing laws. Unfortunately, I got attacked for saying.

The true of the matter is, 98% of all home are built in Haiti by a bunch of people who can't even read and have no proper training in construction.

Majority from the diaspora go to Haiti every single day to build homes.

These people have no clue and concept about building homes.

They have no permits, no nothing whatsoever.

I have been talking about the incompetence and the mediocrity of the prime minister to do anything, but I was rebuked by a member for that who asked me instead to be patient, to cut her some slack, not to be so rough on her, etc. etc...

This is what we're living with as a people as a nation.

But, despite all the odds, I still love my country, Haiti cherie, with all my heart and soul.
