right now. 4 months in power nothing is done but usually you give someone 6 months in the job before the first review and one year before you fired them. It take a business 5 years to be solid.

I hear that Obama said It might not take one term to accomplish what needs to be done in America It may take 8 years and you want Mrs Pierre Louis to fix Haiti in 4 months that's not fair.

You love Obama thast's Ok too. there is nothing wrong with that. Everyone is proud for America.

But do you know that it is ashame to Hait is that condition when America is less than 50 years older! How do you feel that Haitien who are living outside haiti are not welcome in the affair of their country.

I cried when I saw Obama and how People were welcoming him and I am looking at haiti and see bugs are eating the old and the children, to see that people are walking like zombie and some are living like kings and queens while crossing over the dumps and it is OK. I do not feel good about myself.

I am asking you not to be too rough on Mrs Pierre Louis that is right because I noticed that your BP is going above normal.

I do not want you to have a strock or an heart attack over this OK. I am sincere about that. Listen Tiba Since 1990 Haiti has taken a turn for the worst.

and after 2004 It really went further down. Mrs Pierre Louis get hit with the worst storms of the century and off course her work is cut out for her. I am sure you know that. I am not looking foir a gateway for her no that'is not what I am doing.

I am not comparing either governing Haiti with governing a center but it is the same principle.

You know Tiba I am sure that if the PM Piere Louis gives you one department of the country you would do excellent the way you speak you seemed to know a lot. and If she gives Linda an other department of the country she will do also a lot but do you know even each one of you has one department your work load may be different.

You may think you are going to X, Y and Z and when you get there You probably will give up because sometimes the unknown is greater than what we might think.

your lack of patient will make you take a hike. That does not mean that you did not want to do what you came to do nor that you are not competent.

I am sure we can eye to eye a little more but we must continue to exchange ideas because if the government fails if as you said God Fobid that the Governors are sick then we must try to plan ahead may-be you might want to take over and try.

in such proposition would you like for me to pressure you like you do Mrs Pierre Louis or would you like me to support you so that you can do good and deliver great things you got me?
