There isn't much progress that can be done in Haiti in anything as long as there is a bunch of incompetent and mediocre so-called leaders/government running the country.

These are a bunch of "dead weight, brain dead" people governing the country without any knowledge of government's responsibility and duty.

Case in point, this woman, who just became the new wife of Preval, worked for a utility company, became the economic advisor of the president.

In what civilized country would you see something like that happens?

These posts/positions are usually held by economists who understand market fluctuation/index, etc...

who can give a more accurate short-term and long-term markert projections, etc.

And everybody is asking why Haiti doesn't have a good economy.

This is the kind of absurdity Haiti is facing with.
