Look here man, of course there is funtionc governments need to fulfilled and that of citizens must. However, if collective consensus of those citizens are not remotely solidified then government itself has no true sense to pretty much govern.

Just as if government governs without the voice of the people or a branch majority rules with total autonomy, then it is no democracy now is it?

So in your case people should not try to mobilize and be inspired to aim and demand for change...

In your view, citizens should not be engaged and solified solidarity to bring about change...

Look, I am not here to refute and defeat your knowledge on what you think you know and in your case presumably you feel that you know more than most...

so suffice to say we are heading toward a moot destination for or with our dialogue.
