I really think that President Preval should be looking at new way to create new jobs in the country.

1. Increase taxes on the wealthy citizens will help create many jobs. 2. Surcharge on car registrations, licenses,insurance and luxury taxes would helped a lot. I strongly believed that millions jobs could be immediatly created if these measures are put in place.

As a matter of fact I slightly disagree. However, I do see where you want to go with this as well. in my humbled opinion, I would not try to as much raise tax on the private wealthy citizen sector. Instead I will try to lure them with some low tax > >
