bull shit!!! normally I'm the one saying that the government is not doing enough, but at the same time we have to realize the problems of Haiti are great and many.

You talked about health care, insecurity, hunger, and illiteracy, it took more than a year for these problems to manifest themselves.

And surely it's going to take more than a year for any government to solve them.

And yes if there has been mismanagement or if that sum of money did indeed disappear then there should be an investigation and then whoever is responsible should be punished and held accountable.

And we need to step out of this delusion of grandeur that makes us think we are a free country! We are not, we cannot take care of ourselves that's why we are in the charity list of the international community as long as they are the ones financing our government then they have a right to tell us how to behave.

Because apparently we are too delusional to fully understand the extent of our problems.
