You can do something like that in communist countries.

No man neither man should be controlled by any governement on planet Earth of how many children they can have due to government greediness and lavorish lifestyle.

If you guys are communist then go enjoy life in those countries.

Some crazy people only can talk about the government control the people social life.

That is terrorzing the people lives and they get you like Bin Laden.

Governement robbed the people to have as many women they can have why can poor people have the same privilege too?
