Sebastien, Do you mean only rich women can have babies in Haiti?

I am not with you on that one budy, as for the rest i am with you.
I am a pro life for new borns, beside Haitians fuck like worms and they should multiply like worms too.
We need to have some type of control and balance and remember Haitians don't live long. I am not too sure, but i think the average male and female in the population is 30 to 40 years old, they start dying from or around 50 years old.
