Haitian Canadian Governor says Haiti is better now

Haiti better now than in the 80's?

I do not think so. I usually prefer to hear good things about Haiti.

I like to hear people say Haiti is good country, and it's better than before, but not for purpose she says it or believes it is better.

Her opinions of why Haiti is better is because of the politics, but a country depends mostly on economic and safety to be better.

I think she just tries to make the U.N and U.S.A or Canada look good by saying that.

Well, if Haiti is better now, why now even people who got good education such as doctoral license who can have their own office and make money, do not want to stay in Haiti.

Haitians people want to leave Haiti than ever before to go anywhere else.

Look at me now, I'm living in one of the worse time in my life in the U.S and wish to go back to Haiti, but I'm afraid of getting kidnap and kill.

Moreover, Haiti went from 80 to 90 % of its consumed food to now 47 percent only. That's a very big different for someone to say that Haiti is better now than it was in the 80's. A country where its people are afraid to go back to because they afraid of being kidnapped, so how can it be better now?

Economically is not better, and it's not safer than it was.
