Regarding THE FORGOTTEN BLACK BOURGEOISIE, THERE IS NO SECURITY IN HAITI TO START A GOOD PROJECT LIKE THAT. IT IS A GOVERNMENT DUTY TO UNDERGO SEARCH A TASK. THE NGOs WILL NOT FINANCE ANY PROJECT LIKE THAT. THEY ALREADY HATE US FOR BEING INDEPENDENT.
THEY WILL CONTRIBUTE MORE TO OUR POVERTY.
HAITIANS ARE BEING CAUGHT UP BETWEEN THE POLITICIANS AND THE BOURGEOISIE AND IT IS DIFFICULT FOR THEM TO START ANY PROJECT ON THEIR OWN. THE TRIBAL MENTALITY NEEDS TO BE PUT ASIDE AND THE RULE OF LAW NEEDS TO BE RESTORED FOR SUCH A PROJECT TO OCCUR...
