I'm Nazaire Hercules, from Les cayes, modern language teacher from ENS.I've been working with MINUSTAH since 2005.

I just wanna give you an advice for the rebuilding of the new Haiti.

As far as "decentralisation" is concerned, You had better open the state university in provinces before, then at P-au-P so that the students can be back to their respective hometowns.

so many students'futures are collapsed cause of the absence of their parents.You should do that for different institutions such as: DGI, Immigration,National file(A.N) and open international airports in great south, north and center departments as well as ports to reduce the concentration in the capital without forcing them.all these efforts will be considered like what we call in teaching field"motivation".

Finally I congratulate you for different roads you have been oponing all over the countries to facilitate traffic as well as electricity to make easier the living condition of Haitian poeple.
