Okay,
If you are going to address me, please take your time to read my name. It is Rosenberg with an N not an M thank you.
Second, as my prerogative I am entitled to disagreeing with what I feel most Diaspora Haitians want to use as a back door, an excuse to say that this is what's blocking them to/from doing for Haiti.
A lot of Haitians seems to want to have Constitutional laws re-modified so that it caters to them personally and forget that the Country has a Constitution.
Now, as I said. If in the long term the Haitian society living in Haiti start finding a need for such modification of the Constitution then perhaps I am sure and hope then that their Parliament and Chambers members will listen to consider their demands and represent the people of Haiti well.
Until then, any naturalized American Haitians knows what must and need to be done in the event they truly wanted to serve their Country and those Conditions where laid out to them before they have made the decision and took the solemn oath of allegiance of another Country.
P.S: I gave my reasons why I am not so much in favor of it and the key words here was "NOT SO MUCH FOR IT" which is not the same as being "TOTALLY AGAINST IT" for the mere facts and reasons of which I have also given for its feasibility and plausibility and again as I have mentioned here on this reply above.
I am sure you have read my reply to Lavaud and now read this one thoroughly this time.
