Salut RPT; As soon as I came back one of Preval's cronies tried to intimidate me and force me off the site. But this time, I'll leave when I want and not a moment before.

The situation with the Douane is the same as everything else. The Preval government is DELIBERATELY ADOPTING POLICIES THAT THEY KNOW WILL FAIL. I know you held-out hope that this government would be different than the previous thieves that we've had, (the truth is for a while so did I), but it seems that we are in for an even worst ride than before.

Thiat poor little country can't seem to get a brake from spineless thieves.

The only way that future crooks can be stopped is if a real leader comes into power and starts legally judging and punishing the past presidents who stole from the country (remember, I said legally--none of this coup stuff that has done nothing but undermined our legal system).

If a president ever does that, than we will know that we have the possibility for real leadership.

Of course a coup is OK if a president decides to stay in power longer than his legal term permits.

In that case that president would have already broken the law, hence, a coup would be effective in reinstating the law of the land. But that's another story.

As for now, we can pull-up our little chair and watch as things go from bad to worst, as that is the plan. WHAT HAS THIS PRESIDENT AND ITS GOVERNMENT BEEN PAID OR PROMISE IN EXCHANGE FOR DELIBERATELY CONTINUING THE DESTRUCTION OF MY COUNTRY?
