We from the Mouvement Ultra National intend to restore order in Haiti as soon as we take over power.

The security problem is really a minor problem.

As I talking to you now we have people checking out very sophisticated means to prevent any kind of agression, robbery, kidnapping
and assault in Port au prince and the other garnde villes du pays. We intend to lauch a satellite with a Brazilian Company that will give us control of every inch of our territory.

We from the MUNH(MOUVEMENT ULTRA NATIONAL HAITIEN) will initiate a program calle pot louvri where all haitien will be able to leave their doors open and go to sleep soundly
