This is the only country that I see people with little education and poor want to govern educated ones and rich people too. It is time for the elites of Haiti to step up and claim leadership.

I wish they could fill this political vaccuum by creating new rules to only allow qualified and competent people to serve in public administrations in Haiti.

95% of Haitian public workforce are incompetent to serve.

What can we do with such an incompetent workforce?

That is why I call for a strong perestroika (reform) in Haiti by downsizing the government workforce first so the private sector can hire qualified and competent people to serve Haitians.

I am sick and tired to see Haiti's administration run by 95% of idiots...
