I do not have hatred for France like you may think.

Getting rid of French as an official teaching language is not getting rid of the little part of the French culture in Haiti.

Why should we hate French people?

Does America hate French people?

Any hatred against French is to forget their contributions on the Western Civilization.

We owe a lot of things to France in the New World.

My proposed educational reform is to educate my people in their language so they can shape their destiny and we can do that. America has a foreign language department in all its schools whether they are K-12 schools, vocational schools and universities.

I want Haiti to do the same. We will place several emphasis on the foreign languages that all Haitians besides their official Creole teaching language to have 6 credits of foreign languages before they graduate from any Haitian schools.

Haiti needs to be itself and be friend with all nations.

I love all nations and I don't believe that we should lovea particular country against another one. Americans, French and any other white people in the westerm hemisphere are alike and why should we hate one against another one?

That's not my educational reform will be about.

It is the real change to end internal and external colonization over the exploited sons and daughters of Haiti.

I hope that you understand it. I love all nations and I do not have any preference for one over another one...
