You keep ignoring your doctor's instructions by refusing to take your medications as prescribed.

You know very well that you have bipolar disorders and you smoking crack on top of it, very bad combination.

Why are you destroying the only 2 small brain cells left in your pea brain?

One of the 2 cells was already badly damaged.

My advice to you is get off crack, stop drinking, and please take your medications as the doctor instructed you to. If you do that I guarantee you would be a much better person, and maybe you might even sound like someone with some intelligence.
