The donors did meet in NY, March 31

Yeah! that's right! the master met in NY March 31, and I'd tell you, they promised big bucks to Haiti Quisqueya or bohio better known as Haiti Cherie.

As I was watching and listening the master coming to the pordium one by one to talk their peace, just in split of a second it occured to me that I have heard these promises made to Haiti Thomas before.

And I looked in the corner of the room, there was uncle Tom Preval sweating like a bulet (maybe drunk) trying to figure out which one of the villas to buy between the one he saw in Miami and the one in Spain.

The master, however, called for dual citizenship and the decentralization of the government as conditions for all the billions of dollars promising to Haiti.

Noticing the body language of those Haitian officials in the room reacting to these 2 demands, I don't think they really understood what the master just asked of them.

The master usually get their demands met, so we'll see. One thing I know for sure is that there must be a cleaning house to get rid of all of these old fart brain dead senior citizens that are infesting the government in Haiti.

There must be a new government in Haiti with all new blood, new ideas, new inovation, etc. etc...

That is the way I see it!
