To answer your question, I am not running for president and I have no ambition to be president of Haiti either.
But any Haitian citizen can be president of Haiti whether or not the person is qualified.
Look at Preval, Aristide, Jean-Claude and all the rest...
Would you say they were all qualified to be president?
Being president goes well beyond just being well educated.
You have to be a born leader.
But it is up to the voters to decide, not me. Though as a citizen, it is my rights to challenge any presidential candidate.
However, if you would ask me if I think that I could do a better job running the country as president, and the answer would have been YES.
One thing I've learned about politics is that no president/government can govern alone without rallying the people behind you unless you want to rule as a dictator, authoritarian, communist, or as a tirant, etc. etc...
