loony People like yourself with no brain capacity for rational thinking are the reason why Haiti is in such dark hole in this 21st century.

The incompetence and mediocrity of the Haitian government are the reason for Haiti failure.

Not honoring dual citizenship was put in the constitution purely and simply to protect so-called Haitian politicians in the government for ever. And this is why Haitian political landscape has become a more like a recycling program that keeps electing the same brain dead, incompetent, and mediocre over and over.

Point in case, Preval was prime minister then president a first time, and then president again a second time. In what society with choices that would keep electing the same incompetent, mediocre, drunk, brain dead over and over?

Only in Haiti!

Accepting dual citizenship means there would be to many educated and competent Haitians with brain to unseat these morons from office and they don't want that. The more they keep the most Haitian out the better it is for them.

Unfortunately, these brain dead morons cannot realize NOT all Haitians in the diaspora have politics aspiration.

If the Haitian constipation, oops! I meant the Haitian constitution, could recognize the Haitians diaspora as the 10th department, it means that ALL Haitians in the diaspora are duely eligible to participate in the politics and the internal affairs of Haiti.

All of you morons, who are against dual citizenship, must tell Haitians exactly what would be the arm to the country by granting dual citizenship to all. All the other countries do have dual citizenship.

You have presented a 5 grader's scenario that could happen for someone with dual citizenship.

Well, what would happen if United States would declare war against the countries of Marlene Albright and Henry Kissinger (sorry for the spelling) who are both US natiralized citizens, but were US secretaries of states?

Isn't it true rumor has it that Preval is a Belge citizen?

There are many of those in the Haitian parliament with dual ciotizenships already.
