I just wish that you people can get off drugs.

First and foremost, the dual citizenship issue has never been addressed, has never been talked about, has never been argued, has never been looked at.

Second, as far as constitution is concerned, Haiti doesn't have a constitution.

In my opion, Haiti has a "constipation" that is suffocating Haiti.

I hope you people can make the different between the 2, unfortunately, not because you are so preoccupied about exclusivity.

A constitution must be a positive foundation on wich the country would build from for the good and the welfare of the country.

Ask yourselves if that has been the function of the current so-called constitution.

The constitution is in must part the reason for Haiti's falling.

Most Haitians who are against dual citizenship, not only they don't know what dual citizenship is, but they don't even know why exactly they're against it.
