I am not sure what state you are from but in New York City I had to take a foreign language both in high school and in college to meet their requirements.

And I am not advocating that we make a different language our official language I am advocating that we make the most of the one our ancestors left for all Haitians.

You speak of South Africa.

Apartheid was terminated not too long ago, a good portion of South African (blacks) are suffering Just like Haitians.

Although South Africa is the richest country on the continent, Blacks in that country are not benefiting the way they should, if our goal is for us to be like South Africa.

Then we should have no problem with Haiti as it is, because from what I understand the white people in Haiti are doing very well. And please my brother no name calling I just want to discuss some of these issues with other Haitians in the hopes that we can help each other think through these issues.

and hopefully we can learn from eachother.
