Now you are talking, Haitians should learn in their own...
Pedro Andre S. Calixte says...
Now you are talking, Haitians should learn in their own language, for the elite schools in Haiti do not use Haitian Creole in their institutions.
We must use creole as the official language in all schools in Haiti.
If creole is not the official language in any institutions, we must shut down that institution.
100% of Haitians speak creole and it should only be the official language for unity, growth and advancement of the Haitian people.
For 206 years of our history, only 15% of Haitian speak the colonial French language and shame on us for not making it the only official language of our country.
In the U.S., we have 77% of Americans that speak English on a national average and English is the only official language of the United States and all Americans are learning from their own language.
However, they consider other languages as second languages and they create programs such as ESL (English as Second Language), ENL (English as a New Language) for the rest of the 33% of Americans that do not speak English or American.
We must do the same like the United States.
The books in Creole exist in Indiana Creole Institute in Indiana (USA) and we must borrow money to implement drastic educational reforms to change the face of Haiti for real. Well, the subservients will say that Pedro you are advocating witch hunt and ethnic cleansing, but you know this time they cannot stop reforms in Haiti.
This is going to be another Haiti or a TSUNAMI will take over and we will all be sorry...
enough is enough.
The topic is: French should not be official
