What a fool. Can you tell the last president that provided electricity to the capital 24/7?

I gather the only way that Pres. Preval could demonstrate that he is "competent president" would be if he whipped out his magic wand and undo all that the past "competent presidents" previously did. By the way, How competent are you?

I wish you would divulge to the general public your credentials.
