In response to I got cut off by Haitian embassy in D. C, Tiba, I am so sorry that you received that kind of response, but the truth is that was to be expected.

Preval is actually a good representation of all the officials who now run the country.

They are mediocre, and their semi savage behavior simply shows their lack of education and their complete lack of good breeding.

Furthermore, they really don't give a rat's-a s s what any of their average citizens think.

However, I bet you they would have listen to what you had to say if you were a Madsen, a Brant, or one of those wealthy elites.
