I got cut off by Haitian embassy in D. C.

I just called the Haitian embassy in D. C. regarding the Dominican Republic incident.

The woman that I talked to wanted me to call the Haitian embassy in the Dominican Republic because they have nothing to do with it. While I was telling her this is a Haitian concern, she hung up on my face.

I then called the Haitian consulate in New York. I was put on hold 3 times and finally got the consul who demanded that I speak Creole or French, but if I decided to speak English that I must be very clair and speak very good English.

The consul himself can barely speak English.

He was repeating every word I said as if he was correcting me. Anyway, I explained to him the reason for my call. As I was telling him about the way Haitian citizens have been treated by his government, and I was giving him examples of mistreatments Haitian diaspora get when arrive to Haitian customs, he told me that I was lying and hung up on my face.

This is the kind of people we've elected to represent us. We get what we deserve..
