Slavebfree, I saw what Tiba say and I know myself what you say

Focusing on I got cut off by Haitian embassy in D. C, Slavebfree, I saw what Tiba say and I know myself what you say and I had recently said in one of my posts last week that we must remind those LOL that they work for us and they need be attentive, corteous and not rude, impatient and arrogant when we call on them. When the Haitian Embassy was in Bonn one time- I had to go to Bonn from Frankfurt one time to give one of them a piece of my mind. Guess what next week I call she was all nice to me but guess what again since I had to go back to the Embassy to retrieve some documents I called and scheduled an appointment and believe me or not when I got to the Embassy it was closed and they moved to Berlin...Just to tell you..

I also understand the point of Tiba and the other guy because frankly if you are working at the Haitian Consulate or Embassy in any english speaking country you ought to speak english and there is no way around it. Frankly even some of the most difficult eastern society like China, Cambodia or Korea would not send some one to work in their American Consulates or Emabassies without a good knowledge of English.

I did have the same problem with thos Craps in Bonn

The topic is: I got cut off by Haitian embassy in D. C.
