Mr The President,
I think this is one of the greatest priviledge that I ever have,
writing You this memo
First my name is Emmanuel Duperme:a married man for five years, I have been and blessed by God with two beautiful girls but as I carry Haiti in my heart, I consider every young Haitian as my kid, therefore I`m a father of a multitude; I`m a servant of God also a hard working man who suport a two big famillies in Haiti but I lived in Miami Florida.

For over five years I have been facing a big problem with the sickness of my mother, as You the problem the country, her sickness demand for her to go oversea, I have been manipulated by many doctors in Gonaives and Port-Au-Prince as well. Mr the President, as the father of all Haitian maybe You have the opportunity please have mercy on Mom and me by open up where she can find a visa to come in America for treatment.May God bless You, Your famillies, may God bless Haiti.
