My friend our people has a lot to learn about democracy.

For one think The president can't just respond to a person's requests, even if he wanted to. It doesn't work that way. It's true the government is responsible for the welfare of the people but there are formal procedures to be followed before you receive any kind help from the government.

But these people don't know that. It's a lack of education.
