Sorry I misunderstood your point.

However, what you're suggesting brings up another crucial problem that we have in Haiti, and that presently we should be trying to rectify, not make worst.

One of Haiti's biggest problems today is what's called the "brain drain." That is when all the best and brightest minds of the country are living outside the country.

This results in brainless fools like our current president and those in his government having the run of the country, and other incompetent fools running all the national institutions needed for the country to run efficiently.

What you are suggesting is that we help this "brain drain" process move even faster.

Perhaps it might be best to focus on developing Haiti's economy so that young people that are trained in Haiti can contribute to the nation's development.
