I have a hard time following your statement.

I read it over and over to make some human sense of it i still unable to deciphere what are you referring to. We don't need no military in Haiti what we need is a very professional police for or a "Gendarmry".

The military would do the same thing over what use to be done during the tonton Makout or Mano Military so to speak.

The problem is the corruption is so deep everybody wants to get rich it doesn't matter how they get rich. There is no such thing as integrity, dignity, respect, moral standards, ethical behavior, etc....nothing...

The government needs to start leading by example anybody who is victim of some kind of corruption needs to go to jail for ever and the tieves need to get executed in public i don't care whom ever he/she is even my own mother...
