There is a saying in Haiti "abitid se vis" Haitians will NOT stop using charbon unless it becomes unconstitutional or against the law to do so.

This will require enforcement.

Look at the consequences of deforestation in Haiti, it is about time the government took some measures to stop it.

Anything is better then cutrting down trees to burn for cooking.
