The reason you have this happen is because it is the bottom of the barrel that are now running Haiti.

In every civilized country, it is the best of the country's citizens who get to rule and govern.

In Haiti, it is the reverse that has happened.

Just think about it ...

it is sort of like the Hyenas being the kings of the jungle, or the turkey's running the farm, or the ghetto thieves and gang members running the United States.

That is why you have people who are in politics in Haiti who don't even know how to use a toilet properly.

That is why they don't know how to act in a legislative environment.

They just don't know how because they are from the bottom of the social barrel.

Other countries choose their leaders from the top, we choose our leaders by scrapping the bottom.
