That sounds like an expensive initiative.

Today people to move, hmm!

I think the people will move by themselves, no money necessary, if they quickly realise that there are opportunities elswhere in the country.

People tend to move where they can find opportunities.

as long as people think that Port Au Prince is the place to be, yo fek kare rete.

There are so many ti machan in the streets of port au price it's ridiculus.

My opinion, start spreading new industries in other parts of Haiti.

Let the different departments in Haiti give incentives to industry owners such as tax benefits so they can move their factories to a province.

I think this alone will shift the flow of trafic away from Port Au Prince.
