Better Haiti. Give the Poors a Relocation Check!

I beleive that the government can solve the overpopulation problem by providing each head of household in the Bidonvilles a 3,000 dollars US to relocate out of the capital.

That would help the economy by creating more commerce, since most of those people are self-employed, plus it would solve the overpopulation problem of Port-au-Prince.If the government have 55million dollars for a parking lot, than they have the money to relocate the poors who are overcrowding at the Bidonvilles.
