My answer is petroleum extraction, commercial sugar and coffee and cacao production.

The rice growers should produce different rice, there are hundreds of varieties, the wild rice and Basmati rice are very tasty.

Eliminate corruption.

Instill a sense of patriotism and civic duty. Elect educated visionaries to office.
