WHY do Nigerians do this?

Did they learned how to do this during their school years in the US or Europe.

They always have some money scam, credit card scam, temporary checks scam, travel ticket scam, charity scam going on. Now one of those sorry excuses for a human being have found "it's" (meaning an animal not a human being) to this blog both of the websites given are bogus.

I am sending an email to the manager to check out his or her email address and block this person from posting further absurdities on this blog and I encourage everyone to do the same. This person is a shameless pig. Find yourself a job!
