You didn't mention a few things in your story.

Why would you want to give that money to Mr. Preval?

Are you trying to set him up?

There are a lot of good people or organizations that you could leave the monet to.
Another question is where does the money come from?

It is very unusual for a senator of any country to possess that kind of dough.Was your husband involved in some kind of illegal activities?

I hope Mr. Preval, if he reads this, will be very careful.

There are so many people in the world who hates him because he is trying to get his country out of such abject poverty.
