Throughout this blog, I have cautioned about the perils of letting foreign nationals who are part of religious organizations teach our people.

Well it looks like that is exactly what is happening.

P Preval's new literacy campaign is being executed by the Catholic Church.

I originally thought since this was a program that was formulated by the Cuban Education Ministry, that it would be implemented by secular branches of society.

Instead the program's enforcement will be left to missionaries and other religious groups.

I hope I'm wrong about this, but I got this from a Latin-American newspaper.

If anyone knows more about it, please post it. If this is true though, we are in for more teachings of HIS STORY.
