Hi,
The rise in GDP is due to the wireless telephony investments and consequently the jobs created.

The 1987 Constitution must be amended; in fact Haiti should revert back to the 1889 Antenor Firmin & Leger Cauvin constitution.

In normal democracy with a bicameral parliament, President does not do everything.

There is a budget approved by the Parliament that provides money for certain constructions.

However, the executive branch can find additional resources through bilateral agreements with foreign nations.

The President can not build one electric generation plant in each city. Privatize Ed'H.
