Hick with CEP!
It is not a secret that this CEP is not honest in handling the election.

We are not too old to remember what has happened under this CEP's clock.

But because it's doing the sacred job of riggig every haitian election, it's not surprising that the
"conference episcopale", the"societe civile", eventually "droits humains" will all join force to negate the president the authority to do his job.
That's what I label corruption.
