You talking about corruption.

However, you never do anything significant to fight this cancer finishing with HAiti.

The corruption is a serious problem in Haiti Mr. president Preval.

Any country can survive with this issue.

I know we should a find to minimize it, but in an efficient way.

One of the most corruptive institution in HAiti is the customs.That's a critical problem to resolve president.

If you want to eliminate corruption, you should start in the institutions first.

When finishing, now you would start outside.

The customs in HAiti is a disaster.

To illustrate something that happened to my mom in SAint Marc customs: My sent a car in HAiti in Saint MArc's customs since December 2006. Untill now she can't find the car. EAch time she drove from Port-au-to SAint Marc to get the car the employees said the car was not arrived.

So, she knew that the car was in the customs.

I can't understand a customs in a country can be like that. I think somethint needs to be done.EAch car you send, people down there keep it and you lose it and your money you paid to ship it. It's not fair in a country like that.

We have to handle this issue.

People discourage sending cars that are in good conditions because they know they gonna lose it anyway.

I suggest that you inform the population more especiallly the Diasporat.

What I think isthat we can pass a law to regulate all the customs to reduce corruption.

Set an amount of mey the senders can pay on each the send. For example, prize everything.

Pèpè has a specific price, products have one etc...

It a person wants to send a used car, they will pay more for it than if they send one new. That can allow to eliminate pèpè to embrace our culture.

Tailors don't make clothes anymore because the pèpè.

I think that helps the country in some points.

When everybody knows what they gonna pay if they send something, that fight against the corruption that we are trying overcome if we want to.

The CEP is another problem.

I unerstand this CEP. WE cannot organize with it. It corrupts.

There is dispute frequently.

A CEP like that can't get people credit.

Besides, it arrives to its end. So, we need to do the election to avoid disaster in the country.

Mr. Preval I think you might understand the way I speak, and this matter into consideration.
