Hi,
It appears as if the Executive supports Dual Citizenship for Haitians.

However, there are hidden forces in Haiti that are against at all costs.

They don't want an invasion of the highly educated diaspora back to Haiti because they will loose their monopoly, they would have to compete for jobs both in the private and public sector, the US dollar will drop (an influx of Haitian Diaspora will add value our currency the gourde) ect....
