Yes all of those western nations talk about how corrupted Haiti is, but choose to ignore there own corruption.

They say we had ou rcorrupted macoutes when their own police force exploit the minorities in secert, but just the same way. From unfair incarciration to "accidental shootings".

All leaders have their own degree of corruption.

It is natrual for those in power.

Corruption isn't one of the key problems that needs to be tackled down in Haiti.
